Background
My path has taken me through different disciplines — from academic environments like Columbia University and NYU, to integrative and holistic approaches through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Foundation of the Pathwork for Transformation.
Each of these experiences contributed to how I understand identity, behavior, and the patterns we carry — both consciously and unconsciously.

The Human Case of Mistaken Identity Series — Book 1
Through the state of our changing world and her own identity crisis and search for answers and truth Leda has delved into examining what our human identity is comprised of and where the missing piece lies as humanity continues to struggle personally and collectively. This book addresses in a simple and straightforward manner the loss of self-identity facing our society today and the myriad of traumas, disconnection, and separation it causes. It explores how we got here and how we missed a vital mark in our human trinity – mind, body, spirit. It makes the case for our spiritual identity beyond religion as our foundational truth and governing body and teaches us how to re-connect to this internal part of ourselves that is omni-present and a source of wisdom and guidance. Through the guided explanations the book sets the stage to brings us back home to our authentic selves.
The Human Case of Mistaken Identity Series — Book 2
As humanity continues to struggle with their self-identity Book Two of The Human Case for Mistaken Identity Series, Self-Love: The Journey Home, continues to explore and assist us in reclaiming our authentic self-identity by returning us to a state of unconditional self-love. It guides us through the fundamentals of self-love – radical honesty, acknowledgement and self-knowledge, radical self-acceptance, self-trust, and self-forgiveness – their meaning and tangible application in our lives. It explores how our human social conditioning developed our inner child wounds and self-perceptions and how these have continued to play out in our adult lives. It teaches us about patterns and how to use these as a teaching tool and prompt to healing. Leda leads us into understanding that we carry the wisdom of innately loving ourselves from our spiritual origin but through human ego and life we have forgotten, She walks us back home to that love as it was intended and is.
The Human Case of Mistaken Identity Series — Book 3
As we continue reclaiming our authentic self-identity, Book Three of The Human Case for Mistaken Identity series, Soul Relationships: The Way We Learn, explores how our relationships serve as powerful teachers. Examining everything from inner-child wounds to ancestral influences, it reveals the deeper reasons behind our relational patterns and what is truly unfolding through our Spiritual Identity. The book looks beyond human identity to uncover the mechanics, evolutionary purpose, and design of relationships through reincarnation and karmic rebalancing. By exploring the masculine and feminine principles within us, along with the deeper meaning of sexual energy and its distortions, it guides readers toward a fuller understanding of unconditional love from both human and Spiritual perspectives. In a world focused largely on the external, Book 3 bridges Human and Spirit—the Seen and Unseen—helping us understand relationships for what they truly are: Soul Relationships, and offering another step on the path back to our authentic selves in wholeness and oneness.
