Aside from the biological symptoms, the Coronavirus has also brought on a strew of chaos as humanity tries to grapple with how to address it.  Tuning in to the news has become a plethora of contradicting information.   Different perspectives, political agendas, scientific and medical claims, have left us to our own devices in sorting out the inaccuracies.  Claims of fake or inaccurate news have besieged us, leaving us with no manner for which to arrive at a common truth. This teeter tottering of conflicting information has spurned more stress, more fear, more uncertainty.  How do we maintain balance? How do we know what is true?

It’s simple, we tune into the body.  The body never lies.  It is the surest gauge of what is true for you.  In western society we are not taught to sit still and listen to the wisdom of the body.  We are not taught to hear its nuances when it speaks to us.  And yet, it is the most accurate compass we have.  It reveals to us the truth in every situation we might find ourselves; both personally and collectively.  The body reacts instinctively; with our gut (butterflies or jumps), or with tingles, or with nervousness, sweaty palms, biting of nails, twirling of hair, stroking of chin, our breathing, specific type headaches, ear ringing, our body temperature etc., to the situations in our lives. Learning to read your body’s cues is a road map not only to your feelings but to what is being downloaded to you from your divine source.  Pay attention to all the subtle cues.  Make the connection between these cues and what is currently in front of you in that moment.  The truth is never hard to find, we simply have come to perceive that it is.  The key is being ready to hear it.
